These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the BeastLift website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Prices & Payments

• All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is processed securely through trusted payment providers such as Mollie.

• Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within Europe typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• BeastLift is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

• Customers may return their order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our Return Policy.

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• BeastLift is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear or hygiene-related products

• Personalized or made-to-order items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Refunds

• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Liability

• BeastLift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.

• Use of our products is at the customer’s own risk.
