Return Policy – BeastLift

At BeastLift, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following conditions apply:

Delivery Time

Orders within Europe are delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• the item is unused and unworn

• the item is undamaged

• the item is returned in its original packaging

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, underwear and other hygiene-related products cannot be returned, even if the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipment.

• BeastLift is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
