What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order, please contact our support team at manzali@outlook.com straight away, and they will be able to help you. Please contact us within 7 days of not receiving your parcel to ensure an investigation is opened with the courier. This will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?

The cut-off time for next-day delivery is Mon-Fri 3pm GMT/BST.

What if I want to change my address?

It depends on the courier in each location, but we will do our best to assist if you email us at manzali@outlook.com with your new address. Please note that the change of address can delay the delivery by up to two weeks.

How do I return an item?

You can return any item to us using our new international returns portal. The returns portal is located in your customer account.

If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest, you can open an account now using the same email address you used as a guest, and you will have access to the portal.

Have you received my returned item?

We recommend sending your return through tracked post. It can take 7-10 days from when you send the parcel back for the return to be processed.

I haven’t received my money after 10 days?

If you have received an email stating we have refunded you, it can take 7-10 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation email, please contact your payment provider.

Can I make an exchange instead of a refund?

We can only offer you a refund, so you would need to reorder the correct size. This is something we are looking into offering in the future.
